Cassava Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of grated raw cassava
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (tea) of coconut milk
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 3 cups (tea) fresh grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation method:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Place in a greased and sugar-sprinkled baking dish and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes.
Tip: Bake in individual muffin tins. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon before baking.
