Ingredients:
- 1 thick slice of tofu (50 g) 1/4 beetroot
- 1 teaspoon zaatar, or natural seasoning of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation method: Place the tofu in a bowl or plate
Grate the beetroot and mix with the tofu
Add the zaatar, salt and olive oil
With a fork, mash everything together.
