Green smoothie (without kale)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium sleeve
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 teaspoon chlorella
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence (optional)
- 200 ml of vegetable “milk”, which can be almond, coconut, oat, etc.
