Green smoothie (without kale)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 medium sleeve
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 teaspoon chlorella
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence (optional)
  • 200 ml of vegetable “milk”, which can be almond, coconut, oat, etc.
  • Ice at will
Preparation method:
Cut the mango into cubes
Cut the avocado and holes
In a blender or mixer, place all the ingredients
After blending the ingredients until smooth, serve in a large glass.
