Chlorella

The star here is chlorella, an antioxidant microalgae, a source of proteins, vitamins and minerals, which gives it a color that seems like a lie - but it only seems like it!

The base of our snack is beans and cassava, a combination that provides protein, promotes satiety for longer and is gluten-free. The heart-healthy fats come from canola oil.

More fiber and antioxidants are provided by the tropicality of passion fruit. And to finish off this surreal flavor: a touch of smoked paprika.
